On the latest JAMA findings in regards to their claims about finding "mRNA" in breast milk.
—> They did not find mRNA, but "Extracellular vesicles", and a positive PCR test, as indirect evidence.
—> Possible that these effects simply stem from the highly inflammatory LNP.

So the JAMA study claims, that they have found mRNA from the covid-19 vaccines in breast milk. So how did they do that?
The "eMethods" appendix lists, that they have carried out "isolation of extracellular vesicles". Remember when they told us, that the mRNA leads to spike protein expression on the cell surface? Now apparently these spikes are claimed to be present on the cell vehicles themselves.
Secondly, they used an "in-house" developed, not validated, PCR test with UNKNOWN CT value, to find certain RNA.
The origin of this RNA is not clear. As it's a commonly accepted fact, RNA's are present in normal and healthy cells as well. However their test did not turn positive, in unvaccinated milk.

Another interesting fact, is that no mRNA was actually detected in "cell pellets". Why is that, when we were told, that the LNP's enter the cells, insert the mRNA for Spike protein production.
So far I have found no DIRECT evidence, that these mRNA vaccines, actually lead to spike protein production on our cells, as claimed. Instead it is well-known, that the LNP's themselves, are highly inflammatory and lead to cell debris, which could explain these results.
Summary
While the JAMA study did show, that the products lead to spread into breast milk, they did not show, without a doubt, that these vaccines actually contain mRNA or lead to spike protein production. A repeat of the study, just with LNP's (no mRNA) would be needed to find out more.

Much like Food labels, studies often make claims not supported by their data.
The spike proteins are a feature of the virus. The crown in corona comes from the way these appear. The vaccines that focus on the spike proteins do so as its the best way for the immune system to disarm the virus. Vaccines do this thru providing the immune system the tools it needs to produce antibodies that target the spike proteins of the virus.
Commenting with hopeful optimism & realistic expectation. Reading thru a few of your posts and cringed at the sight of many examples of anti-science/anti-vaxx jargon, here in how you talk about spike proteins the way the grifter "Dr" Malone did when he was talking out his ass. Add the severe misrepresenting of Germany's idc-10 death data from 2021 by using a tally (T88.1) from a non-fatal category (XIX) all the more disingenuous when you even have the proper tally (Y59) from the actual death coding written out in the description just before the lie to use T88.1, but I digress.
